These little cupcakes are very moist and rich.  The balloons didn’t show up very well though.  It would have shown better with a white or yellow cupcake.

Also if you really want to see the balloons/decorations you can just add a second paper to the cupcake after it has cooked and cooled.

I made the ganach by boiling whipping cream and pouring it over the chocolate chips.  Then I whisked them until the chips were all melted and mixed well.

The pipped one would have been really cute except that it was 100 degrees outside.  It kind of melted.

After dipping let stand until chocolate sets.  You can speed the process by putting them in the fridge.
