Mini Brownie with Chocolate Swirl

This might be the best mini cupcake I’ve ever eaten.  It’s a brownie with chocolate chips infused in the batter.  Topped with Homemade Whipped Cream and a Chocolate Swirl.   Oh so good.

No Chocolate Swirl

These little bites of heaven are amazing even without the chocolate garnish but it’s so easy why not add that little extra that will make your guests say “Wow”.

It’s hard to see but there is a peace of wax paper under these designs.  I filled a piping bag with melted chocolate chips.  Then I cut off a the very tip of the bag.

I made these swirls on the paper.  You don’t have to be perfect when it’s abstract.  I made a triangle, circle, and square then just scribbled over the shapes.  I also made swirls and zig zags.

Tip: Don’t touch the wax paper with the tip of the bag.  It’ll smear the chocolate and make it hard to get off the paper later.

If chocolate is not hardening you can place paper in fridge or freezer then the designs should peal off easily.

Make sure your designs are thick enough.  If they are too thin they will break easily.

Look how cute these turned out.    Another simple and easy design that looks fabulous and tastes great.
