These cupcakes taste as good as they look!!  With a graham cracker bottom and real chocolate chips, the  toasted marshmallow top is irresistible.

I pressed my graham cracker crust into the bottom of the liner then covered with chocolate chips.  You can also use pieces of a  chocolate bar to keep it more authentic.

The marshmallow topping was quick and easy to make.  (Cleaning the beater was yummy too!)

This is the un-toasted version.  Still very yummy but it’s missing that little extra touch.

When using a torch you have a little more control over where the topping is browned but it does take a few more minutes and a torch.

When using an oven the color is more even but don’t put them in and walk away.  These delicate little treats can go from perfect to ruined in under 15 seconds.
